  • This diet can lead to unhealthy consumption of calories which may not be able to meet the daily caloric intake requirements. In addition, this diet can prevent you from getting all the necessary nutrients from food.
  • This is an extremely restrictive, sustainable diet that can be difficult to follow.
  • This diet does not take into account various factors of weight loss including body type, underlying health, gender, age, etc.
