Bikram Yoga

If you lack physical and mental strength and want to learn to control your weaknesses and gain strength, then this is the best yoga style for you. However, it is best to jump into it before preparing your body and working accordingly. This type of yoga is done in a room with high temperature and heat teaches your body to control itself as well as help to release toxins through the skin. Doing yoga in a 104 ° F room is not for beginners at all and, if summer is not your cup of tea, don’t worry, there are still many other yoga techniques you can choose from.

Vinyasa Yoga

Kundalini Yoga
